NPC deploys and operates state-of-the-art EPOS terminals capable of supporting chip card functionality for merchants as well as providing merchant accounting, clearing and settlement services between the merchants, financial institutions and international card organizations. NPC operates as well, as an issuer processor for a number of banks in the country, supporting the banks in issuing debit and credit cards. With the acquisition of CashNet, NPC offers as well ATM driving to complete its portfolio of offering to the banks. NPC is planning to build on the financial payment infrastructure available to include electronic payments through the Internet and via mobile phones. CashNet is a joint venture between NTC and Euronet Services Inc. (Euronet). CashNet was established for the purpose of developing and operating a world class Automated Teller Machines (ATM) network to service banks and card issuers in Egypt. CashNet has entered into agreements with VISA International, MasterCard, American Express, and Diners Club International. CashNet is managing ATM's for many Egyptian banks and will expand regionally in the MENA region. Cashnet has been acquired by NPC, another NTC subsidiary

Nation Technology Group (NTG) was founded in 1996 to implement turnkey projects in the field of communication. And new technology solutions in paper handling industry, retail products and outsourcing services. NTG implemented an invoice payment solution for Citibank credit cards using Hypercom Point of Sale terminals. NTG has outstanding contracts with all major banks and telcos in Egypt and Algeria to provide mailing solutions. NTG has established the Hybrid mail center in association with the Egyptian post. This center aims at providing low cost solutions for mass mailers like banks, insurance companies and utilities.
