	Dr. Hussein Elkholy, Chairman Dr. Elkholy, the chairman of the board of National Telecommunications Co. since 1995, has a Ph.D. in Physics. Before Forming NTC with Dr. Tawfik Bardai, Dr. Elkholy was the Chief Executive Officer of Computer Systems and Applications, Inc. He was the chairman of the Mathematics, Computer Science and Physics Department and the Dean of the College of Arts and Science at Farleigh Dickinson University in the USA. He was also the Chairman of the Physics department at the American University in Cairo. In addition, Dr. Elkholy worked as a consultant for several educational, industrial, commercial and governmental institutions in the USA, Europe and Egypt in the fields of Telecom and IT. The list includes AT&T, Bell Labs, US Army and many others. He conducted research and seminars, and taught graduate and undergraduate courses in Physics, Engineering, and Computer Science in both Egypt and the USA. 	Dr. Tawfik Bardai, CEO Dr. Bardai obtained his PhD from the University of California, Berkley, hence he proceeded to work for several large US firms including Collins Radio and Rockwell International in the fields of Telecom and IT. He was a member of the R&D team that designed the first TDM loop. He also designed and developed the world’s first digital online banking network. 	Nader Fawzy, CFO Mr. Fawzy held progressive financial leadership positions, over the last twelve years, With IBM, Daimler Chrysler and Unilever Egypt. Nader is a certified Public Accountant. He holds a BSC degree in accounting from Helwan University , Cairo, and an MBA in international business from Ecole superieure Libre des Sciences commerciales Appliquees, Paris. 	Eng. Ahmed El Oteify, VP Business Development Eng. Ahmed El Oteify graduated from the Electrical and Electronics Engineer Department, Cairo University in 1990. He received a postgraduate diploma in Electronic product Design and Manufacturing from Paisley University in Glasgow, UK in 1993. Eng. Oteify was also awarded an MBA in Industrial Policies and Strategies from Maastricht School of Management, Maastricht, in 1995. His career started as a research engineer in the electronics department at Cairo University. He then moved to the information and Decision Support Center of the Egyptian Cabinet of Ministers, and was part of the core team that helped formulate and implement policies to develop High Tech industries and the ICT sector in Egypt. In 1997 he joined Alcatel and was promoted to become the Middle East’s Business Development manager. Eng. El Oteify helped establish several companies in Software Development, Electronics System Maintenance and Manufacturing and Telecommunication.
